Believe me, Rick is 100 steps ahead of all of us. He has done much of this before, he knows the players, and he doesn't want to give away all of his contacts, business plans, and intentions. This is a very competitive business with billions being spent on the conversion to the EV economy.
I have talked with him and believe me, he knows his stuff and to boot, he is very personable. He is not a braggart, he is down to earth. People in the business like him and know he is a hard-working, honest man. We are lucky to have such a leader in this position of a startup. Not everyone can do what he is doing and about to do. This is, bottom line, a people business. The Chinese technology and money will outpace the U.S. Watch!
By the way, this is a pretty good consolidation. Next stop is much higher. It is climbing a ladder.
