gzfx, last time I checked a otcbb company ceo can vote for anything he wants. example - did he ask for anyone's permission to raise the a/s to 25 billion. he can have each of his shares count for multiple votes or have a board of directors as only puppets or more likely players in the game if he needs more votes.
