Forget getting an intern. Fork out some $ and get a profesional service to do it. It won't cost that much for a multi-million dollar company. Besides, wouldn't that be a tax write-off?
If their entire acreage is only 6 acres, then they are hardly the largest cultivator in Cali.

Last April, Santa Barbara West Coast Farms was approved to grow cannabis on 50 acres of their 73 acre property.
Halo Labs plans to grow cannabis on at least 60 acres of their newly-purchased 1600 acre ranch in the Emerald Triangle, making it the largest cannabis cultivator in NorCal next year.
There are probably other sizable growers in a state as large as CA, but I'm not here to do research.
