Since this is an unsolicitated fund/Entity. There is no paper work that need's to filed by anyone. To be uplisted to a reporting firm, paperwork will have to be disclosed at that time. DBA's are prevalant in this matter. One company, may or can have in effect multiple DBA'S, of which any of the DBA's can be Registered by the company, at any time. LEGAL!!!
