You are right they didn’t own the tech, they did, however, own the distribution rights in the US if that still holds any water.

If anyone can bring this back from the dead it would be Fife. I can’t think of any other reason for him to take on this much ownership.

I await the inevitable pump as my bags are kind of heavy here...lol

The Digester works fine ,it does its job , but where they are needed in urban areas ,the Kilowatts are the killer for private companies, For localities ,not a problem , taxpayers money , but localities have to operate with politicians friends , you scratch my back I'll fill your pocket . It's all about da money ,nobody cares about landfills or pollution
unless there's a buck to be made, imo, $ECOS for the SPAC.
