right... over 4 billion shares have been traded this month.

From usually not getting a few million.

Someone knows something OTC updates the SS every few days and 5.8 billion are restricted.

so out of the entire OS ... the 4.7 billion shares available to trade seemingly are being traded over the past 30 days.
