I’m not stressing it, but I was really hoping to hear update / filing to consummate merger; also I don’t agree with paso Bruce dropping mediocre news when most are here for the DA / consummation of merger.

Do I think the deal is off? Nope. Filing / partners addressing niche market heavily makes it seem like they really want this.

In prior filing it did say DA during q4/2020, or the end of period doing their DD to close deal....... “whichever comes first”...... idk about you guys, but, chances are you know many individuals who complete assignments/ work last minute (I know I sure did lol).

Clx and partners really put a significant amount of effort, resources, and time into this. Technically they have time left + a few days to file once parties approve/ sign off on a pr too. Still stuff about filling niche on Transunion site / delta / sirus, ust, Availity (and more)..... doubt these guys will just walk away.

Also doubt these guys would engage with fraudulent individuals/ sketchy activities.

Was the pr from Bruce or paso a good move? Imo, no. That update could / should have been held till after addressing merger. It spooked a few investors, but, it made shares cheaper for some lol.

I would love for all partners and paso to sign off / agree on or related to clx + paso having a final DA. But, imo it may be January 4-8. If a person tomorrow, that would be great

Take a look at NETE(Net Element). Thats exactly what's happening there. Mullen Technologies is RM ing into Nete and the Nete assets are moving out to another entity and still staying an operating established business. Most likely what the outcome will be here. Be it private or rolling paso assets into another public shell.
