Judge Sweeney said that the PSPA amendments did not violate FHFA's statutory authority.

Every court agreed before the 5th Circuit which voted 9-7.

SCOTUS is coin flip on this issue. This may not be a constitutional issue, but a takings.

Then it goes to Judge Sweeney and Judge Lamberth.

If the US Government is allowed to Nationalize private corporations it is no better than a Banana Republic!

I guess we are because industries have been nationalized in the past. This isn't the first instance.
