Only 16,000,000 float. And some one has been buying it up the last month or so to the tune of 5,000,000. If they are putting it away then the float is only 11,000,000. Just saying!
In the last month it has gone from sub penny to 0.099 on 5,000,000 shares traded. Compare that to other otcbb issues. How much to take it to 50 cents? Jury is out.
