I've thought anywhere from the $2-5 range, given that the OS is only 19M, so that would put the enterprise value at around $40-90M which is a fraction of the NOLs.

It's all a guess because you don't know what type of business the new investors will run with this shell - but they have hundreds of millions of tax losses to use to offset future gains.
