you can still buy through etrade you just have to call in the place your order... I just did it 2 days ago... the etrade service rep said something about there was an additional broker review on it as to why couldn't place it through the app or online... but you can definitely call in and have them place the order
Trading OTC pink stocks on E*Trade is very hazardous. The E*Trade Pink Sheets in particular have seen their share of criminal activity over the years. Only the most sophisticated and experienced traders should venture into such a risky trading environment. If you think you’re ready, TD Ameritrade has good resources. And be sure to make your investments only with risk capital, i.e., money you can afford to lose. That is directly from e-trade. Now with that being said Fidelity is still letting you buy. For how long I do not know.
