That is only the case if the defendant challenges the Complaint, which they have 20 days after being served to do so or they default..... We should be hearing something any day. I'm guessing the defending parties will default and a Court order to cancel shares will be granted, unless of-course they have a strong case against allegations of the Bad faith breach, and wrongful repudiation ( which is highly unlikely IMO )
