Unless you know something we all don't like personally speaking to Bruce, which is doubtful.. but.. if so, please let us know! However I'm not holding my breath here. It would be MUCH more helpful info instead of just your own speculations on things you have no intel about.

^^^this to me just sounds like additional business opportunities with more partners and another branch/arm of business they are going to be leveraging on top of just being the backend/QR Code for opening back up international travel. Something like opening a new facility (multiple others in 2021) also is adding up to why both PASO and CLX put out the statement that the DA was going to be extended in July and again why the signed DA hasn't happened "early Q4".
I will say though that it would help everyone out whose not just here to flip to hear something about another extension or the actual signed DA.
