Somebody knows. But if we don't it's a pretty safe bet that Cap'n Crunch doesn't :o)

We could just wait and see but if he doesn't file it would probably not be wise to assume that it's because he didn't have to.


FWIW I don't think the 15d-6 is required but I have no examples to offer. I have heard statements like "the Form 15 submission acts to SUSPEND but not TERMINATE" filing requirements, but the 15d-6 rule is a suspension, as is 12G-4.

I did some rooting around in their Edgar listing and found zero registration statements, so I think you might be right about the rule but it wouldn't apply.
