"incredible defense"... Or do you mean "credible defense". Makes a difference you know. TIA - Not trying to get you riled up either.

Mr. Devries is the only one that didn't show up.

None of them showed up personally. They didn't need to. All but DeVries were represented by attorneys.

Airys - can you please tell us what kind of support information will be supplied to the OSC to negate the strong allegations of fraud against the company, PV, Kore and Devries on Oct. 23rd that could not have been offerred today?

All I can say is that the Sulja team was there and they didn't run for the hills as some here suggested. If anything, this March 23 deadline will give the company more time to prepare an incredible defense.

Thought they was prepared for today? Or at least, that was what you said.

The Sulja team were lawyers and they were paid by SLJB to be in the hearing, so why would you expect lawyers to run for the hills ? Can anyone make sense of airys claim that the lawyers didn't run for the hills like some suggested ?

Airys418, given the bad news over the past couple of weeks, this looks positive. Not out of the woods, but better than all the bashing? Hoping for happy days.
