I have been dragging my feet on getting an account with Interactive Brokers so I could buy these ETFS:

My current broker will not allow me to buy them ~ quoted me something about the SEC act of 193X not sure the exact year ~

I called Interactive Brokers they said I can trade these if I open an account with them.
