40% margin on $5m sales would be $2m.

they are showing $1.5m gross profit - c 30% and then from that take off another $800k before SGA expense leaves you with $600-700,000 (18% may be)

SG&A was $1.1m for 3 months for a building contractor...

just pointing out the contribution form the new businesses and any synergy from combining them have a way to go. by this time next year I would expect to see break even operations.


I like your estimation of $8m a quarter for break even sounds about right
