Optec will NEVER be on the Nasdaq. That a very old, much used, scammer trick. For Roger Pawson to even mention that at this point, when OPTI is nowhere near meeting any of the listing requirements, is very misleading.

The NASDAQ is an EXTREMELY exclusive club - and their standards are SET IN STONE AND THEY PROTECT THEIR IMAGE BY EXCLUDING TRASH !!!

I can show a half dozen attorney (SEC expert) videos on HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO REACH THE STRATOSPHERE OF LISTING ON ANY "listed" Exchange - it's the mega achievement of any company, road show IPO or otherwise.

It's near IMPOSSIBLE (unless an off-shore ADR such as a major foreign company shares from a mega sized company) to EVER go from the OTC to a fantasy up-list to the NASDAQ !

It's literally MEGA IMPOSSIBLE FOR TRASH OTC CON-n-SCAMS LIKE OPTI who was just RED STOP SIGN WEEKS AGO and is a NON SEC FILER (alternative non SEC registrant now- relying on bullshit "attorney opinion letters" and UNAUDITED FINANCIALS) - IMPOSSIBLE for trash like this to EVER be accepted by the NASDAQ gauntlet they use to vet and screen companies !

ZERO path exists for an "alternative filer" company and ANY one with a tainted history of CAVEAT EMPTOR and LAPSED FILINGS and now NON SEC REGISTRANT to move to the NASDAQ - it's pure lies and smoke and mirrors from a penny con Pawson the clown !

They have NO FUNCTIONING BOARD OF DIRECTORS (let alone ANY that are independent a NASDAQ must !), NO "SR MGT" and NO employees, etc.

Near ZERO cash at any given time, loaded with gutter grade toxic debt, no assets, some scam "products" that are China knock off crap anyone can buy on 20 different websites and slap a name on um - they got nothing !
