When a company puts out publicly available information I think it’s worth noting. It’s stickied above so i guess I’d worry less about the dates and more about what is happening with this company. People might be annoyed they sold while not realizing what they are holding.

I’m not concerned with how the flippers do, when they enter or exit, etc. this is a real company being built, one with a far greater value than where it is trading, IMO.

My projection for the name change and O/S change is January 4th based on what we know today. Financials are expected any day. Find it hard to believe I will singlehandedly impact trading patterns here but so be it. If the 4th comes and goes without it happening I’m not going to freak out. I traded through the last exponential rise and fall and will do so again, if need be. By all means, everyone should do their own DD and not solely rely on a free stock message board.

Good luck keeping a lid on public information. Far greater investigative minds than mine out there.

Almost A Myth

Posters didn't create any expectation of a date for the changes. The company created the date of 12/27 as the earliest possible date it could happen...."on or about" I believe was their wording.

If the mailing was delayed a few days, that would push the minimum 20 day waiting period past the 27th.

Business doesn't happen at the snap of a finger. Throwing in the towel because we went past the soonest possible date is hasty at least, IMO.

Everybody looks at stocks differently. That's why some people prosper and others fail. I'm not here to convince anyone to buy or sell, I'm just here to present facts and opinions, and the more facts I find, the stronger my opinion becomes that this will be a big mover when we get the next set of filings.

I was very happy to get some of those bargain prices today. My interest is not cooled whatsoever by the perceived delay.
