Any SH who had a bad case of the believes back in 01-Feb-14 when it was at 0.62, and then averaged down a pile of believes at 0.30...0.20...0.10...0.04...0.02...0.01, probably is thrilled at the current 0.0072 PPS. But there will be plenty of opportunity for a SH to average down under 0.0072 in the future.
