Yes blame old Shorty. That’s the lamest excuse in OTC that is used on every one of these garbage tickers. There has never one time been a short squeeze in sub penny OTC stocks. There are zero naked shorts here as can be seen on the finra website and also OTC markets. You cannot have naked shorts without fail to deliver this stock has zero failed to deliver
