I didn't say a date was set. I said Jan 10 marks 30 days after the case was filed (per the stickied post with a link to the case). If you review other custodianship plays there is a pattern of an advance in a case every 30 days due to that being the next time the plaintiff goes to court. Whether it be a hearing date or a follow up to provide additional documentation.
The next catalyst here is the court date being set. The speculation is that the pps will rise fast once that is announced.
