What a number of people on this board are forgetting when considering future share count is that the price target can and will be a continually MOVING target.....particularly in the likely case where a capital raise comes later, smaller, or even.... not at all.
In other words, if the market senses early on that the dilution will be smaller than expected, we will have a corresponding huge increase in common share price at that point.
