The 25 is actual locations on web site that are in operation. The 250 was tweeter conservative estimates of store openings. Some had as many as a 1000 but IMO those numbers are "fudged." I can see an additional 10-25 opening monthly. Not 100 ... got to be realistic, and we should never seek to mislead.
It has expansion goals. At bottom of page notice it stated "voted best new and upcoming business." Does not say how or who voted. Have no clue. If a bank is willing to invest at .20 cents a share IMO .20 cents will be here mid January if not before.
