You know what is in the best interest of shareholders - providing the normal due diligence and representation to PRED, so they can complete the 15c211 filing. Really, not a single other move should have a higher priority from Jennings at present time. Otherwise, he is purposely undermining PRED. If Jennings cared about shareholder value, accountability, he would step up himself and be the hero. Otherwise, he is full of it.

If Jennings doesn't know what Representation of Shares is needed, then he is playing a game.



Getting PRED trading again, is the only thing that matters in the next 30 days. Somebody needs to develop a sense of urgency. This is just dumb.

Let's face it. Merle is far from innocent here too. Jennings wants more accountability from PRED to shareholders. What is wrong with providing a capital sheet and full accountability? That is in all shareholders best interest.
