Because he’s a shareholder of preferred shares not common shares preferred shares hold a higher voting right this is not hard to understand it’s not rocket science. The CEO has zero common shares so he has no affect on the OS at all. And because he has 93% voting rights he controls the company and the common shareholders don’t mean shit another big red flag
