Not sure why 93% of voting rights is being considered a good thing. That just assure the CEO doesn’t need any kind of approval from any board members or any shareholders to do whatever he wants to do. So when he wants to reverse split he doesn’t have to hold a vote he can just do it so actually holding that many much voting rights is bad for the shareholders means they have no say so at all in the company
