It has not been happening for months. The quality and quantity of the trading the last month is different than the last time this ran and fell...or the time before that. Been watching the whole time. There are some major negative aspects here, but also some major catalysts and upside. This is the otc pinks after all...best of luck to you, but the argument you make has been used here for well over a year and it hasn't yet happened, maybe it will...maybe it won't. Either way there is money to be made here when this starts to rise, which is inevitable.
