Not seeing any Press Releases yet and the recent rise from $6'ish to the current PPS doesn't seem to coincide with the L3 Harris info, meaning the market has yet to react. I'd say the PPS has a ways to go, near term. Waiting on an Official PR.

Partnership or Buyout imminent, IMO. NNDM certainly attractive enough, with ZERO debt, around $400 Mil in cash & a Disruptive Tech.
