insiders vs common share holders has always been a grey area. what should, or would be available to all at some point. may never come to light as they only file a limited amount of information in the otc. in other words just enough to get by.
i've always looked at the market like this. your either an insider or a gambler. you either know first hand how things are to proceed, or you are speculating on how things may be.
