Exactly. Case in point $TMBR #SHIP #TOPS ..

TMBR had an RS , Can't remember the exact terms but after the RS it was well over 4.00 , within a day it was down to less than 3, then 2, now look at it well less than a year later.

Last month it was still trying to hold a dollar. Now it's trading in the .70-80 cent range working it's way back to trip land to do it again.. It'll R.S. again and again as will worthless TOPS and SHIP and this one will also.

These RS scams are the equivalent of a bankruptcy sale. The only difference in a bankruptcy and an RS is the Share holders get shafted and pay for an RS whereas in a bankruptcy the creditors get the shaft.

Whoever made these RS rules basically devised a way for these terd shell companies to screw stock holders over and over again. It's shameless, unethical and nothing but a loop hole for con-artist

SHIP and TOPS have done so many RS the last decade I can't count them all. I think TOPS has done at least 10 or 12 by now. It should be illegal. To allow ONE under extreme circumstances would be enough, but some of these companies are making a living doing it. They have no economic worth except for their dilution ability. This is a prime example.

DAMIT! Here's the Corrections to my chart!
(Damn Typos)
....RE:

As Exemplified Below!

Initial Position!
1,000,000:Quantity x .0001:Shares
Market Value = $100 (Pre-RS)

R/S = 1/500 (Example)

Market Value Immediately Following RS
2000:Quantity x .05:share (Position Adjusted)
Market Value = $100 (Post-RS)

Therefore,
2000:Quantity x .05:share = $100...($00).....<<$100>>
/Apparently, initial $100 investment does indeed remains unchanged immediately following an R/S

But then, Ultimately tanking back to NO BID!
(Typically by Insider Dumps, sell-offs, Pissed-Off Shareholders wanting OUT! etc.)
Thus,
2000:Quantity x .0375:share = $75....($25).....<<$100>>
2000:Quantity x .025:share = $50...($50).....<<$100>>
2000:Quantity x .0125:share = $25....($75).....<<$100>>
2000:Quantity x .005:share = $10...($90).....<<$100>>
2000:Quantity x .0001:Share = $0.20.....($99.80).....<<$100>>

/This is what typically occurs with these Pinksheets, within days/weeks following an R/S

NOTE:
This is NOT meant to be a prediction/Forecast of EWLL whatsoever!

But rather just calling out what typically occurs when Pinksheet performs an RS

Shareholder's Post-RS monetary results in Green with Losses in Red

But as the Insiders who of the Pinksheet that performing the RS, Gains/Pockets those losses in Red while the initial Investment from the Shareholder is still present on the Table, In Blue

However, they end up owning lesser %% of their investment as the PPS Tanks back to No Bid!
(More often than not!, and why pinksheets are notorious for RS, because it's all FREE MONEY! So when there's no more room to DUMP, just raise the PPS via RS to make room for Dumping)
