UM, WRONG! I've been in Pinksheets that not only DID an (Unannounced) R/S while showing a "STOP" on their Tier, but also used the monies they've MILKED from Shareholders to PAY FOR the R/S! Now whether or not the RULES CHANGED, (Or Whether it was legal at the time) This was "MY" Experience!
However, though I've not experienced this HERE, it's still a qualifying PINKSHEET STOCK until otherwise TRADING WELL ABOVE where it's sitting at now!
I've been around the block a number of times to have a clear picture of what to look for with these Pinksheets!
The one thing they've ALL had in common is failures to follow through and/or being managed by professional con artists who are so strategic, that they've "Managed" to fool the SEC, FIRNA and other government entities into endorsing (Co-signing) them into the Stock Market!
That Said, Whether or not any of these negative experiences applies here is solely at the digression on the Insiders of this company! Not ME!
