all true JOE, except the dilution that has occurred since you bought three years ago at 7 cents has threatened all shareholders and management as well. Dr. Mike
Around Thanksgiving you said "Neom can save itself, here, but it's going to take some massive, quick movement of the pps."
We haven't had that, is it still on your 'necessary' list?
So, all NEOM has to do now is get a great new CEO, finish restructuring, sell some more subs which seems to be taking longer than Neomedia thought it would in the case of Paint, seal up Gavitech, go cash-flow positive, and get rid of Cornell per a plan which, despite folks saying it's 'indicated', I still don't see.
Thank goodness we don't also need for the PPS to move up beforehand, those first 6 items sound easy ;)
re: "Two or three years have gone by in the process- and the stock has spiralled up and down- but we are right back where we began"
Now we've got a minimum of 640MM shares outstanding, possibly more very soon, when 3 years ago we had 150MM shares outstanding. 3 years ago the PPS was .13, now it's .053, so on a share-price/market-cap equivalency basis, the only reason the PPS isn't 0.0325 is probably either "Qode is available on many phones, we have News Corp involved, we've got inroads into China, and we've got Gavitech (hopefully)" or, just not enough time has gone by yet.
Sorry for the 'negative energy'. When my "knee jerk"ed, I banged it on my desk LOL.
