Well...we have been waiting almost 6 years for a B-ABSSSI deal. Why do you think it hasn't been partnered yet? That one is all but certainly a phase 3 success. No one wanted to partner it for a reasonable sum that Leo would accept in lieu of the dilution we have seen this year?

How long have we been engaging LocustWalk on B-OM partnership opportunities?

There is a disconnect here. There is some economic unfeasibility...either the economics don't work for Leo or the economics don't work for BP.
