Im in the same position. This is where talking to shareholders can be a good thing. Even if it is a merry holiday video with nothing hard and fast but a recap of what has been done and what is planned. It would be refreshing to hear the brass giving a nod to folks who could help out and need only the slightest encouragement to do it.
