Yep, what a way to ruin Christmas! On the upside my good friend is a bankruptcy attorney & said Ch 11 could be a very good thing for the company, as they’re restructuring the companies debt. Some companies come out stronger then ever after coming out of Ch 11. I know this is wishful thinking with Carlos lack of communication. I’m just trying to keep it the Christmas spirit positive.
