I have no idea. Whatever is going on, has been going on for a very long time. It was back and forth between here and a penny several times a few months back, but recently it hasn't moved much above this point.- I'm not even sure how it's held in this range for so long except that there are people here who are waiting on something they think is going to happen and just haven't pulled out. I haven't bothered with it for a very long time. Some of the investors seem to thing there's something in the works apparently but it's been very long coming.
