I sent this email to Harold on Dec 11th. A surprise on the annual meeting would be nice. SPECIAL DIVIDEND

Good morning Harold,
W/ all due respect and seriousness, I suggest that TOMI ( TOMZ ) issue a special dividend. I realize that the use of balance sheet CASH is precious in that it may be needed for growth but issuance of bonus shares based on reasonable formulas would help to satisfy those shareholders who were disenfranchised by Dr. Shane's misleading comment ( May C C) concerning Q2 sales ie. w/ $8 million on the books after 6 wks. of Q2. Many shareholders drove the price to new heights w/ the belief that Q2 sales would range from $15 to 20 million. Hitting $2.20 pre-split ( 8-1 )
Q2 CC was a flat tire. A special issuance by the board would go a 1000 miles to help ease that pain. Granted, TOMZ has been uplisted to Nasdaq but that has not helped make the WSJ.
I am a huge supporter of incentives for founders, company officers and company employees to extend sales and hopefully share price. Rewards are always good !!
I am sure that the infinite wisdom of the b of d will prevail.
Maybe shareholders can be pleasantly surprised by Santa Claus flying over from Maryland to BH dropping shares. Thank you for your time. Have a safe and pleasant holiday.
