This had many many scams past 10 years and they find a way to keep the SEC off of them. Amazing at that fact alone as they are the bottom of the bottom of the barrel.

The insider ATM does not require much as its just 2 guys and a PR machine.

Just make sure when the music stops or the RS hits you are not in it. They take all out fast and hard.
