I think they have a plan that from sources close to the company is being circumvented and possibly blocked re an uplist. Any other scenario I think a spac or merger it is wait and see if the ratios work out beneficial to current shareholders.i think any re cap should result in a major cancellation of Brads 44 million shares except for the 10k he bought last year at this time for .83 cents.

Did anyone really think this company’s management, and Wilson Sonsini, and Deloitte would have allowed PRED to not only NOT uplist to the Nasdaq, but Get booted from the OTCQX then get booted to the lowest Grey Sheet and then, with all the money that The Company's management can put their hands on including the wealthy individuals at Wilson "Sonsini" LoL & Deloitte, allow this POS to trade at 9 pennies per share ? Give me a break.
