I'm going to go with too many shares entering the market. And if Richard keeps pooping 0.01XXX on the ask it won't move until he's done.
My view is PCTL is doing much as a company, SP is not under their control, they abdicated that to the (free) shareholders. Only way to reverse that is take shares off the market. However, I can't believe they have funds to do that.
When pooping is done I expect PCTL SP to move as one would expect with the kind of news we've seen. Charts, trends, MA's, and even PR's all meaningless right now.
It will end, but who knows when other than the sellers.
So failed on everything is nothing? ..just a empty statement?
