Doing r/s right away would make the most sense. When you buy a shell it costs 170k to 220k depending on level of filing requirements done and what board you want to be on. A r/s would be first thing along with share structure. But again i don't see it as a bad thing but rather part of the process. I get the complaints but with this SS and price.....its how it works. Still bullish on the stock but a lot less so when I found out its Chinese. Just hard to verify company info. Owner looks great though...
