The Russians are not gonna be happy with Heathman's lack of progress. The reality of mining on federal lands in a tough state like Calif is becoming apparent. Especially by a buffoon hobby miner.
They need a better story to dump their millions of shares into. Not too late to introduce a new mining "project" in Mexico or Peru where they can lie all day long and US investors can't truth anything.
