I don't think it was an assumed limit. If you answered a survey in which you were asked "do you think FCLE will reach $20 within one year, yes or no?" Wouldn't you say "yes" since you think it will go to $100? I don't think the survey asked people (in an open ended manner) how it will go, but rather specifically if they think it will reach $20.
