Timing of uplist to the NASDAQ will involve some strategy e.g. timing. From what we can make out, MindMed has now qualified.

We have met all criteria and have been above $2 USD since 7 Dec 2020.

There was another company that applied a week before MindMed and they just got uplisted last week or week before. I figure maybe Christmas present or waiting till next year as to not confuse shit.
