Another concern is if we don't fill that gap soon and make a new local top then a slow grind down to the end of the year may be in order IE the 200 ma... I know! WHOA! If I have learned anything it's to expect the unexpected. And the only real reason I look at this scenario is the timing of the 200ma and the gaps that never filled on Aug 11th & the 18th.

If this scenario does happen then buying long term at the Oct. gap is probably gonna hurt the dip buyers short term.
