There is the 3.510 Billion PTEL spun for a Venture and then sent 15 Billion to ENTI. That is 18.51 Billion of 19.9 Billion

That leave 1.4 Billion and then 2.4 Billion Control shares or 3.8 Billion I talk about give or take a few...
