So the scam artist Canouse can dilute a stock into the ground to his own benefit, just stop filing for a couple years, decide to pay an accountant to create the filings and now there is suddenly value?

Man the OTC is funny, just rip a bunch of people off, go silent, come back a couple years later and people will let you do it all over again because you decided to actual do your job, albeit so you can just scam people again
