This will start to run again once OTC markets info starts getting updated, traders knew there would be a bit of time for that stuff to happen and with end of year slow downs they move their money to the runner of the day/week and will come back and start to run this once the updates start hitting.
Getting current or at least the starting of the process will start the next leg up, assuming we hear nothing else before then
