What you are describing when it comes to INTV is the result of serious dilution. IMHO I sold all my shares of this today. Dead money here. Especially, when so many others in this sector are making good moves and profit for those who are invested in them. You can judge just how bad this stock is when another scam like MGTI is a better investment than this one. That alone should tell anyone just how bad this one really is. Dead money here!
